Broiled Tilapia Parmesan Recipe

1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Butter,or margarine, softened
3 tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Dried Basil
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 Cup Regular or panko bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. Black pepper
1/8 Tsp. Onion Powder
2 Lbs Tilapia Fillets
Creole Style Seasoning (I use lemon pepper seasoning)

1. Preheat you oven's broiler. Grease a broiling pan or line a cookie sheet with foil.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the parmesan chesse, butter, mayo, lemon juice, and bread crumbs. Season with the rest as you choose.
3 Season Tilapia Fillets with creole-style seasoning and arrange in a single layer on the pan. Broil for 2-3 min. Flip the fillets over and broil for a couple more minutes. Remove fillets from oven and cover them with the parmesan cheese mixture on top. Broil for about 4 more min or until the topping is browned and fish flakes easily. DON'T over cook the fish.
4. Serve with lemon, rice, and broccoli or anything you would like!
