1/3 cup flour
6 beef cube steaks
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, sliced
1 envelope mushroom gravy mix
1 envelope onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour in plastic resalable bag. Add steaks a few at a time until completely coated. Cook steaks in hot oil until lightly browned on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker. Add onion and 2 cups water, cook on low for 8 hours or until tender. In a bowl whisk together gravy mixes and soup mix with 1 cup water. Pour over steaks. Cook an additional 30 minutes. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
