4 small or 3 large chicken breasts
1 box wheat penne pasta
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
1 bunch of asparagus
1 red onion
˝ cup sliced kalamata olives
1 minced garlic clove
Red pepper flakes
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut vegetables into chunks
Slice chicken breasts into strips and sprinkle with Montreal Steak Seasoning
Add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a skillet and heat on medium high.
Boil water for pasta
Add chicken and cook through
Add pasta to boiling water and cook according to directions
Remove chicken from skillet
Add 1 tbls. olive oil to already hot skillet on high
Stir in vegetables, 1 minced garlic clove and cook till tender but still crunchy
Add chicken back into skillet and heat through
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes to taste
Serve with fresh grated Parmesan cheese
