1 lb Hot Sausage (Roll)
5 Green Onions, chopped
1 cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 (2 oz) jar chopped pimientos-drained

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet, brown and crumble sausage until no longer pink. Remove from heat, drain off drippings and add all remaining ingredients. Pour into one quart baking dish. Bake 20 to 25 mins., until bubbly. Serve with wheat crackers, melba toast, or tortilla chips.
