1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped almonds, toasted
1 1/4 cups sifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in almonds and flour. Roll dough 1/4-inch thick on lightly floured board; cut with cookie cutter or shape into 2 large rounds about 1/4-inch thick and 6 1/2 inches in diameter; mark off into pie shaped wedges. Bake at 325 degrees, 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
