2 cups orange sorbet or sherbet, softened
1 pkg cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup orange juice
3 cups thawed cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9x5 loaf pan with foil. Spread sorbet onto bottom or prepared pan to form a layer. freeze 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese in large bowl until creamy. Gradually add condensed milk and orange juice until blended. Gently stir in cool whip. Pour over sorbet in pan. Freeze 3 hour. Unmould from pan and cut servings.
