8 oz. bittersweet chocolate
1/4 C. unsalted butter 4 T= 1/4 C
(cold & cut into pieces)
1 T. corn syrup
1 C. plus 2 T. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place choc., butter, and corn syrup in a medium bowl, (heatproof) Bring the cream to a boil & pour it over the choc. Using a whisk, gently stir until smooth. Use immediately. For Milk Choc. Sauce, replace the bittersweet chocolate. with 12 oz. milk chocolate.
