2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs beaten
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/3 c. green pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 onion slices
Sauce:
1/2 c butter
1/2 c. catsup
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4-1/2 c. light brown sugar
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash tobasco

Directions:
1. Combine beef, eggs, crumbs, pepper, milk, catsup, salt, & pepper. 2. Divide into 8" loaves and put in tin foil (8 separate foils) Top each with onion and sauce. 3. Bring up sides of foil & fold down. 4. Grill 3" from coals 10-12 min then turn over & grill 10-12 min. more. (could also broil in the oven).
Sauce:
Melt butter, add onion & cook till tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer 5 min.
