2 Tbsp. butter
2 or 3 Tabsp. flour
1 cup of warm milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter on medium heat. Add and blen the flour. Add milk very slowly while blending. Cook over low heat until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Add salt and cheese on low until cheese is melted. Pour over vegetables while hot.
