2 or 3 Boneless Chicken Breasts,
1 can Evaporated milk or regular milk,
1 16 oz. bottle Italian dressing,
6-8 potatoes, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
I like to season the chicken with seasoned salt. Cook it thoroughly in a skillet. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Add cut up potatoes, evap. milk and italian dressing. Make sure liquid covers potatoes. Bring to boil and turn down to a simmer until potatoes are done, and mixture thickens a little. So simple, so good.
