1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2¼ cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Mix butter and sugar in large bowl. Stir in chocolate and egg. Stir in flour and salt. Shape dough into 3/4 inch balls. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten until about 1/8 inch. With greased bottom of glass. Bake 5 minutes or until set. Remove from pan; cool completely.
Prepare filling. Put cookies together with 1 tsp. filling.
