6 c. cubed Bread
2 c. water
1 c. turkey or chicken broth
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1-2 tbsp. sage
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 lb meat (chopped giblets, sausage or hamburger)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Meats lightly in frying pan. Saute onions for 5 minutes. Add celery and saute for 2 more minutes. Add meat vegetables, eggs and melted butter to bread, moisten with water and broth. Mix well. Bake dressing in greased baking dish 30 to 45 minutes at 325º.
