2 lbs port tenderloin - ground
2 onions - chopped
1/2 lb shrimp
1 lb mushrooms
celery - chopped
1 can water chestnuts - chopped
1 can bamboo shoots - chopped
1 large head of cabbage
1 bag bean sprouts
1 large bottle of reduced sodium soy sauce
Peanut oil
Egg roll wrappers

Order of cooking:
Ginger, ground pork, onion, shrimp, mushrooms, celery, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, soy sauce, bean sprouts and cabbage. Let the mixture cool and heat oil in a large pan. When the oil is very hot, you are ready to fry the egg rolls until lightly brown. The egg roll mixture is put on the egg roll skin diagonally. The egg roll skin get sealed with egg to prevent it from opening in the grease.
