Ingredients:  
1) Soy Milk 2 lbs
2) Brown Rice 1 cup
3) Dates 6-7
4) Brown Sugar according to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1) Pressure cook brown rice and keep it aside.
2) Boil soy milk and add pressure cooked rice and keep mixing so that it doesn't stick at bottom.
3) Add dates while boiling milk so that they dissolve and sweeten the milk.
4) Mix everything properly.
5) Cool the pudding and add brown sugar on the it and microwave it to melt it.
6) Serve it hot or cold.
