2 cans creamed corn
1 16 ounce package frozen corn
3 eggs
1 corn can of half and half
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 sleeve of saltine crackers
Butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2 quart casserole with non stick cooking spray.

Put creamed corn and frozen corn into casserole. In a separate bowl beat eggs until mixed and add half and half mixing well. Pour into corn. Crush crackers thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Stir into casserole and dot the top of the dish with butter. Bake until golden brown at the edges and corn is set.

For a crowd use these proportions: Use a #10 (restaurant size) can of creamed corn, 1 2-pound bag of frozen corn; 1 dozen eggs, 1 quart half and half and two sleeves of crackers.
