melted butter
more butter cut into small cubes
white and brown sugar
cinnamon.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 9x13 inch pans with non-stick cooking spray. Coat bottom of the pans with brown sugar and cinnamon. Dot with small cubes of butter.

Melt some butter. Make a cinnamon sugar mixture of white sugar and cinnamon.

Partially thaw bread dough. While still slightly frozen cut dough into 1/2 to 3/4 inch slices. Roll each slice into a rope about 6 to 8 inches in length.
Dip rope into melted butter, then cinnamon sugar.
Tie the rope into a simple knot and place into the baking pan. Evenly divide knots between two 9x13 inch pans. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Let buns cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes. While still warm invert on to a cookie sheet.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have put pecans on the bottom of the baking pan and when turned over the cookie sheet they are like 'sticky' buns.
