1 Ready Graham Cracker Pie Crust (or homemade)
1 15oz. can pumpkin
1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk (Not Evaporated milk)
1 lg. egg
1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbls. all purpose flour
2 Tbls. cold margarine
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Combine pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, egg, 3/4 tsp. cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Mix well. Pour into Pie Crust.

Bake 15 minutes. Remove pie. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Combine sugar, flour and remaining 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Stir in walnuts.

Sprinkle walnut mixture over the pie. Return to oven and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until inserted knife comes out clean.
