onion
vegetable oil

mature cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Fry off bacon, mushrooms and onion in oil. Cook potatoes and mash with generous amounts of cheese. Put bacon, mush and onion in base of ovenware dish and top with mash. Sprinkle with grated cheese and grill til brown. Nice on its own or served with a salad
