Crust
1 1/2 cup Flour
3/4 cup Margarine
3/4 cup Chopped Nuts

Filling
1-8oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
2 small boxes of instant pudding (Lemon or Chocolate
extra nuts
Directions:

Crust
Mix together crust ingredients and put in 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Let cool

Filling
Mix together 1 -8oz room temperature Cream Cheese, 1 cup Powdered Sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip and spread over crust

Mix 2 small boxes of instant pudding according to box directions. Pour over Cream Cheese mixture

Top with 1 1/2 cup Cool Whip - Sprinkle with Chopped Nuts
