1 Cup Seasoned Mashed Potatoes
1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Chopped Onion
2 Eggs, Separated
Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes and cheese. Over moderate heat melt butter and cook onion 'til lightly browned. Beat whites until stiff-fold into potatoes. Put in ungreased casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350º.
