3 lg. baking potatoes
3 T. green onions
2 T. butter or margarine
¼ tsp. salt + pepper
4 cups milk
½ cup cheddar cheese

Topping
Green onions
4 slices fried bacon (crumbled)
¼ cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes 375 for 40-60 minutes
Let cool and cube or mash
In a large saucepan flour cook onions in butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk slowly and cook until thick and bubbly. About 1 minute. Fold in potatoes and cheese and stir until cheese melts.
