4-5 flour tortillas
1 lb. ground beef
½ cup onion
½ cup green pepper
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
¼ cup water
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
2 cups Fritos crushed
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese cubed

Directions:

Brown ground beef, green pepper and onion. Mix in taco seasoning, tomato sauce, paste and water. Cook until thick- 5 to 10 minutes. Blend sour cream and eggs. Line the bottom of a 9” square casserole dish. Top with half of the meat mixture and half of the sour cream mixture. Repeat layers and sprinkle chunks of cheese on top and then fritos. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
