1 lb. Bob Evans ground sausage
1 block of Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. cream cheese
Handful of chopped jalapeņos peppers (use as many or as few as you like)
1/2-1 tbsp. dried crushed peppers
1 jar thick & chunky salsa (or 2 cups homemade salsa, drain excess liquid)

Cook sausage and drain fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat or in Crock-Pot. Serve with tortilla chips.
