4 boneless chicken breasts
4 oz. mozzarella cheese (or more)
1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
1 egg
2 tsp. vegetable oil
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Dip chicken breasts in egg, then bread crumbs. Brown them in a frying pan with oil. Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over the chicken and sprinkle the mozzarella on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Goes well with rigatoni. Try cooking the noodles before hand and then placing them around and over the chicken breast before adding the sauce and cheese. It's delicious!
