4 Eggs
2 Cups of Sugar
2 Cups of Grated Carrots
1 Cup of drained Crushed Pineapple
2 Cups of Flour
2 Tsp of Baking Powder
1 Tsp of Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp of Salt
2 Tsp of Cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º
Mix all ingredients and pour into 3 9" pans for 30 to 40 mins.
