1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 t. vanilla
1 C. raspberry or strawberry Jam
8 slices of bread

4 eggs
1/2 C. whipping cream
1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 t. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the cream cheese, Jam, and vanilla together until fluffy. Spread about 3 T. of the mixture on a slice of bread. Top with a second piece of bread (like a sandwich). Repeat this process until mixture is all used. Beat together the eggs, cream, vanilla, and nutmeg. Dip the toast into egg mixture. Cook on a lightly greased pan until golden brown, turn to cook other side. Keep the cooked toast warm by placing them on a baking sheet in a warm oven. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
