1 flank steak or pot roast
salt and pepper

Oil
1 sweet bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
8 slices provolone cheese
4-6 hoogie rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in crock pot and season with salt and pepper. Cook on low heat for 4-5 hours or until meat is mostly done. Remove meat from crock pot and slice into thin slices. Let cool in refrigerator for 15-20 min. In a frying pan heat up oil and add in some meat, pepper and onion slices and cook until veggies are slightly tender and meat is warm, place 2 slices of cheese onto mixture and scoop into roll.
