1 C. loosly packed basil leaves
1/2 C. grated parmesan cheese
1/3-1/2 C. oil (enough for desired consistency)
1-2 cloves garlic
1/4 C. pinenuts

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly toast pinenuts; let cool. place oil in blender; turn on and gradually add parmesan cheese, garlic, and basil. Process until smooth add pinenuts and thoroughly. Toss with cooked pasta or spread on bread or crackers.
