1 chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
1 1/2 C. reduced sodium chicken broth or water
3 T uncooked long grain rice

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan, place chicken, broth, and rice. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer. Cover and cook 20 min. or until chicken is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and rice is tender. Remove chicken: cool slightly. Place chicken and rice into blender and blend until desired consistency. Add additional liquid if necessary.

You can freeze by scoping into ice trays and freezing. Each cube is a serving. Store in zipper bag in freezer.
