2 C. heavy whipping cream
1 C. whole milk
1/2 C. sugar
1/4 C. cocoa powder
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
In a bowl combine cream, milk, sugar, cocoa, and vanilla. Stir until sugar dissolves. refrigerate 30 min. then pour into ice cream maker. Churn for 20-40 minutes or until desired consistency.
