lamb cubed
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. flour
3 c. water
3 potatoes cut in half
1 bag of baby carrots
1 bag of frozen green beans
2 tbsp. tomato Sauce
sprinkle of salt
sprinkle of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Coat the lamb chunks with flour. Saute in olive oil. Add the water, potatoes, carrots and green beans. Add the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
