3 packages Budding dried beef
2 (8ounce) packages of cream cheese (softened)
LARGE serving tray

Open all dried beef packages. Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on each piece. Be careful...the dried beef tears easily. (That's good though because you get to eat those while you finish the rest.) Roll up each piece in a long roll.

Jill and I made a birthday platter of these once - I can't remember right now who it was for but we spelled out words and made towers and it was VERY UGLY but VERY tasty! :)
