1 15 oz can of plain pumpkin (not pie mix)
1 spice cake mix

Optional 1/2 cup nuts

Spray 18 muffin tins with Pam.
Preheat oven @ 350 º

Mix both until cake mix is combined. Mixture will be thick. (do not make cake mix as on box,use dry cake mix only)
Fill muffin pans.
Bake for 20 minutes or until firm to the touch.
