1 Cup of Crisco
1 Cup of Milk
5 Tsp of Baking Powder
1 Tsp of Lemon Extract
2 Tsp of Nutmeg
2 Tsp of Vanilla
Enough Flour for a Soft Dough

This being an old fashion recipe the amount of flour is left up to the cook. No mixing directions were left.
Sarah suggest that you should cream the sugar, crisco, and eggs, milk lemon ext and nutmeg. sift flour and baking powder into the mix until cookie batter soft.

Try cooking at 350º for 12 mins. or until the cookie looks done
