1 1/2 c. coconut oil
2 c. honey
13 c. oatmeal
2 c. powered milk
1 c. untoasted wheat germ
1 bag coconut
2 c. nuts of choice (pecans,walnuts,sunflower,almonds)
1/2 c. flax seeds (optional)
1 c. raisins and or craisins or both(or dried blueberries)

Preheat oven to 350 º
Have two large roasting pans ready. Combine all dry ingredients in one roaster. Add raisins etc later.

Heat coconut oil in microwave until melted. Add honey and heat 2 minutes. Stir together, then pour over dry ingredients. Stir until well mixed then divide into the two pans. Roast for 4 minutes at a time until oatmeal starts to darken. Stir well and continue to roast until all is dry and starting to darken to a golden color. If you like cereal crispy roast to a darker color. Roast second pan. Cool completely, break apart and add raisins/craisins. Store in air tight containers. Freezes well.
