1 lb. Velveeta Cheese (use only Velveeta)
1 stick Parkay Margarine
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup milk
2 cans sliced apples (not pie filling) or 5 apples, peeled and chopped
12 oz. shredded Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in mixing bowl, add next three ingredients and blend well. Fold in
Velvetta Cheese cut into small pieces, and the apples. Pour into 9x13 inch casserole dish. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes until lightly brown.



Serve with roast, turkey or ham. Also a great breakfast side dish.

Use only Velveeta Cheese. This makes this casserole.
