9 cups dry French Bread Cubes
1 Cube real Butter
1 1/2 cups celery,, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
2 tsp. Poultry seasoning
Salt & Pepper to taste
Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cut French bread into cubes and place on cookie sheet for several hours to dry. Melt butter in a larger pot and saute' celery and onions until soft. Add spices, bread and chicken broth. Stir. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. It's ready to serve or bake (covered with tin foil ) for 30 minutes at 325º
