1 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. can pumpkin pie filling
2/3 cup water
2 tsp. baking soda
3 cups flour
2/3 cups chopped pecans

Directions:

Grease and flour 3 (1 lb. coffee cans) Mix together the nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, oil, beaten eggs and salt. Add to egg mixture the pumpkin pie filling, water, soda, flour (sifted) and pecans. Fill cans 2/3 full. Bake cans at 350 degrees for 1 hour all at one time. Lay can on their sides to cool. Slide out; eat, refrigerate, freeze. Will stay fresh in refrigerator for several days.
