Directions:
Directions:
directions: Bake the 2 sheets of cornbread. When cool break up
cornbread and place in large bowl.
Cook the sausage and place aside. Saute the onions, mushrooms,
pepper, scallions corn and garlic...cook al-dente (do not make the
veggies mushy)
Add the sausage and veggies to the bowl with the cornbread. Add the
salt, pepper and basil. Add the wine, craisins and chicken broth into
the bowl and mix everything together.
It is OK if the mixture is really wet. The oven will take care of
that . Get a baking dish and put the mixture in the dish. Bake this
in a pre-heated oven at 400. for 30 mins.
Thats it...enjoy.
