3 lb ground chuck 1'c chopped onions 1 egg 2 tsp fresh chopped garlic 1 tsp garlic salt 2 tsp black pepper 2 c ketchup

Mix ground hamburger egg garlic onions garlic salt pepper Make in to medium size patty's and Bake for 15 to 20 mins at 350 Put ketchup on each patty as they bake

Grandma Tablit made these hamburger patty at the house on Georgia street when I was small. My Dad made it for us. I'm not sure if I missed anything but It was simple but great memory that I can remember her cooking for me and Ernie and the Ohana.
