1 (19 oz.) can chick peas or garbanzo beans (drain liquid and save)
1/4 cup sesame seed paste (Tahini)
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender, gradually adding some of the reserved liquid from the chick peas until a smooth paste is formed. Place in a shallow bowl and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Serve with pita bread, pita chips or vegetables.
