Cake:

fresh rhubarb, cleaned and cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 to 3/4 c, sugar
3 eggs
scant 1/2 c. milk

Topping:

1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Take 9 x 13 inch cake pan and cover bottom generously with cut rhubarb. Sprinkle 1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar over the rhubarb.

Whip eggs with fork and add scant 1/2 c. milk. Pour over rhubarb.

Mix 1 c. sugar, flour and butter using a pastry blender or fork until crumbly as in a pie crust. Put on rhubarb.

Bake at 350 º
45 minutes
