3-4 fresh pineapples cubed
2 small cans Dole pineapple juice (like 6oz size)
1 large bottle white rum (I use Bacardi)
Jug with pour top & spigot
Directions:
Directions:
In large jug add the pineapples
Fill rum to top of pineapple line
Add both cans of pineapple juice
Let sit overnight in fridge

To Serve: place a few ice cubes in a glass, add few pineapple chunks and then the pineapple infused rum. Garnish with frozen cherry for decoration
Enjoy on a hot summer day.

This is a variation of a drink recipe my Big Brother RIch made many years ago. Only thing I changed was I used rum to his vodka and instead of using juice he used a can or pineapple chunks in its own juices. Either way you mix it enjoy. Cheers!
