6 medium potatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup crumbled cooked bacon (optional)
1/2 cup velveeta cheese (to taste)
2 tsp salt (give or take a little)
Cornstarch (to thicken soup)
Pinch of fresh ground pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Chunk and boil potatoes. Add onions, broccoli, and salt when potatoes are semi-soft. Continue boiling until completely soft.

Add cornstarch until soup is at desired thickness.

Add velveeta cheese and chopped bacon. Also add pinch of fresh ground pepper at this point if desired
