1/2 cup roasted red peppers
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
5 fresh garlic cloves (I use minced from jar)
2 (19 oz) cans Allan's Green Beans (KY Wonder) drained and rinsed.
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Preheat large saute pan on medium heat 2-3 minutes. Cut roasted red peppers into 1/4 inch slices. Place oil in pan; swirl to coat. Crush garlic into pan. Stir in peppers and remaining ingredients; cook 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally or until beans are thoroughly heated. Serve.
