1/2 c. plain fat-free yogurt
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
4 c. mixed salad greens
1/2 c. chopped tomato
1/2 c. chopped hard boiled egg whites
1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c. honey Dijon salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
In a large ziploc bag, combine the first eight ingredients with chicken. Seal bag and shake to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Drain and discard marinade. Roll chicken in bread crumbs. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake uncovered at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear, turn once.
On two plates, arrange greens, tomato, hard-cooked egg whites and cheese. Slice chicken; place on salads. Serve with dressing.
