4 chicken breasts
1 rib celery
1 (16-oz.) jar mayonnaise
1 pt. pickles (best with sweet homemade pickles)
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Boil chicken breast until tender. Remove from broth and cool. De-bone chicken meat and place in food processor. (If you use boneless chicken breast, you can skip this step.) PULSE. Pour chicken into bowl. Place pickles in food processor and pulse also. Add to chicken. Dice celery and add to chicken. Add 2/3 jar of mayonnaise. (Add remainder of mayonnaise only if need to make mixture moist.) Add salt and sugar to taste. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of pickle juice. Mixture should be "creamy" because chicken will absorb some of the mayonnaise as it sets.
