3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup warm water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
4-5 cups flour
2-3 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat milk, sugar, salt and cut up butter
2. In a large bowl sprinkle yeast over water and stir to dissolve.
3. Add lukewarm milk mixture and 3 cups of flour to yeast mixture . Beat until smooth. Continue to add flour until you make a soft dough.
4. Turn on to floured board. Knead until soft and elastic (about 5 minutes).
5. Place in buttered bowl and turn to grease top. Cover and let rise until double (about 1 hour).
6. Punch down and divide dough in half.
7. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into rounds with cookie cutter. Crease each roll on top and off center with knife . Brush with butter. fold larger side over smaller so sides meet. Place rolls touching in15'*10" pan. Cover and let rise 50 minutes. Bake at 400º for 12-15 minutes.
