2 to 3 lbs. beef rump or chuck roast, trim fat
1 packet Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix
1 packet Good Seasons Garlic Herb Dressing mix
1 jar pepperoncini peppers, drained (reserve juice if desired)
1 can beef broth
Italian bread or sandwich rolls

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sprinkle dressing mix packets evenly on roast and place in crockpot.
2. Pour beef broth over roast and place peppers on top. (Juice from pepperoncinis can be added if desired for extra flavor.)
3. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
4. Using two forks, pull apart meat to shred while roast is kept in crockpot.
5. Serve on sandwich rolls or Italian bread.

If you cannot find the Good Seasons Garlic Herb Dressing mix, two packets of Italian Dressing Mix may be used. Pepperoncini peppers are also known as sweet Italian peppers or golden Greek peppers.
