1 head romaine washed and torn
1 head red leaf lettuce, washed and torn
2 apples, washed, cored and thinly sliced (Gala or Fujii)
1 pear, peeled cored and cubed
4 oz. craisins
4 oz toasted, sugared almonds (I used pecans)

Dressing:
1 tsp dry mustard
¾ cup canola oil
1 tsp salt or less
1 TB. Poppy seeds
¼ cup sugar (or to taste if not enough)
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp onion, finely chopped.

Directions:

Mix dressing ingredients and shake vigorously. Pour over salad and stir immediately before serving.
